Maine Resilient Farms Tour

Organized by Agricultural Council of Maine

An experiential bus tour of talks, activities, and agricultural education hosted by AGCOM. Legislative candidates from around the state are invited to join our tour of farms representative of Maine’s agricultural landscape. 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

7:15 AM - Bus departs Terminal in Old Town

8:30 AM - Arrival and Check-in at Augusta Civic Center

9:00 AM - Bus departs Augusta Civic Center
Welcome and overview of Maine Agriculture

9:45 AM - Hunter Farm Research Station (PFAS) - Unity

1:15 PM - Brodis Blueberries - Hope

2:50 PM - American Unagi - Waldoboro

4:05 PM - Sheepscot Valley Farm - Whitefield

Evening Activities

5:40 PM - Dinner and Social Hour at Highmoor Farm (University of Maine, Maine Agricultural Experiment Station) 

8:25 PM - Depart and return to Augusta Civic Center 

9:00 PM - Depart Augusta and return to Old Town
